Two places to ask, and the answers to the three things that go wrong most often.

Who to ask

If you write to us, the three things that save a round trip: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — plus the web address of the page and a screenshot if it is something you can see.

The three most common ones

"I never got my invitation"

Check junk mail for a message from noreply@ymcatoledo.org. If it isn't there, ask your director to press Resend — that issues a fresh link, because the old one may have expired. Invitations last 14 days and can be used once.

"It says my password is wrong and I know it isn't"

After 10 wrong attempts an account locks for 15 minutes, and during the lock even the correct password is refused. The message says so. Wait it out — it clears by itself, and nobody needs to unlock it.

If you normally use the Google or Microsoft button, there may be no password on your account at all. Use the same button you used the first time. Forgot your password? will offer to set one if you need it.

"Some of my files weren't read"

The upload tells you which files it could not read, and why. The usual reasons:

Nothing is lost when a file cannot be read. It is stored and downloadable either way; only the suggestions are affected, and you can type those in.

The guide answers most of the rest

Once you are signed in, the Guide in the top bar covers every part of the site end to end — the roles, invitations, previewing files, how the assistant reads uploads, categories versus tags. Most questions are answered there faster than by email.
